Although Mark Prince isn't a Pavoni fiend, he may be forgiven as he IS a fellow geek, home roasts his own beans (partly because he is a self-admitted "cheap bastard"), lives up here in the Great White North, and is obsessed by espresso. His CoffeeKid site is a good read!
Brewmaster Sales and Service Inc. - I haven't purchased anything from them, but they are supposed to be a good place for La Pavoni parts and service. There is an interesting diagram on how the La Pavoni machines work.
I bought my La Pavoni as well as green beans (for home roasting) and other coffee paraphernalia from Sweet Maria's Coffee. Visit Tom's virtual shop on the Web!
